What Is TeethXpress™?
TeethXpress™ replaces all the teeth on the upper or lower jaw with a fixed set of teeth that stay in place.
It uses a guided, computer-planned process where the final smile is designed first, then implant placement is planned to support that result. This approach helps create a precise and predictable outcome.
TeethXpress™ is supported by BioHorizons, a global dental implant manufacturer known for clinically tested and widely used implant systems.
Who Is a Good Candidate?
TeethXpress™ may be recommended for patients who:
- Have teeth that can no longer be reliably restored due to decay or gum disease
- Have experienced years of dental treatment that is now failing
- Wear full dentures and want a more stable solution
- Are frustrated with slipping dentures or adhesives
This treatment is most common among older adults, though candidacy depends on your individual health and goals.
The TeethXpress™ Process
Treatment begins with planning and diagnostics to design your new smile.
In many cases, the procedure can be completed in one visit:
- Teeth are removed
- Implants are placed
- A temporary set of teeth is attached the same day
If same-day treatment is not appropriate, care is completed in stages over several months using a temporary denture during healing.
Recovery and Results
Most patients return to normal daily activities within a few days.
During healing:
A very soft diet is recommended for the first few weeks
A soft diet continues for about three months
Foods that can be cut with plastic utensils are recommended
The most important healing period is around the three-week mark, so it’s important not to rush recovery.
Implants have a success rate of about 96% at placement and around 90% after ten years.
Long-term results depend on oral hygiene, regular dental visits, and lifestyle habits such as smoking.
Cost of Full-Arch Implants
TeethXpress™ is priced as a set cost for the full treatment, rather than per tooth. Replacing each tooth individually can cost $5,000–$6,000 per tooth. A full-arch solution like TeethXpress™ is typically less than half the cost of replacing each tooth individually, making it a more accessible option for many patients.
